With its fruit and chocolate based flavour profile you would you would be forgiven to think that this was a full bodied caffeine based coffee.
We carefully source our decaf making sure that it uses a goos decaffeinating method.
This decaf uses a Mountain Water Process.
Using water from the glaciers of the highest mountain in Mexico, This method allows the green beans to maintain their flavour, as the water passes through a filter that removes the caffeine from the water
